Northwest Connections provides leadership within the Southwest Crown Collaborative, a group that secured and is now overseeing a ten year investment of $40M in restoration work across the Swan-Seeley-Blackfoot region of Montana.  Restoration projects focus on fish and wildlife habitat, forest condition, and watershed health.

This program is part of a national pilot authorized by Congress in 2009 with the Forest Landscape Restoration Act. We are one of 10 sites that competed for national funding dedicated to restoration. For more information, go to the Southwest Crown Collaborative website, or read the most recent update.
